Automated transmit/receive center of VHF range "SAPSAN"
PURPOSE
The automated transmit/receive center of VHF range "SAPSAN" is designed to provide two-way radio communication and data transmission lines in the VHF band between the UATMS and the aircraft crews.
"SAPSAN" is produced in various designs that allow to place the equipment both in stationary facilities and in container-body type structures, thus providing both combined and spaced placement of the transmitting and receiving centers.
CONTENT
"SAPSAN" includes two half-sets of equipment in a "hot" reserve. Each of the half-sets includes radio receivers, radio transmitters, channel-forming equipment for communication with the ATC, additional radio equipment including antennas, combiners, distributors, surge arresters, etc., a remote control and monitoring system, a system of guaranteed power supply from chemical sources of current.
One half-set of equipment is placed in 4 19-inch cabinets. When placed in structures of container-body type, the equipment includes a gas fire extinguishing system, fire and burglar alarm, air conditioning and ventilation system, a subsystem of object signaling transmission to the ATC. The remote control and monitoring system is housed in a 19-inch cabinet on the ATC.
KEY FEATURES
- when fiber-optic communication lines are used between the centers and the ATC, a completely digital information exchange is provided with voice messaging switching systems using the VoIP protocol in accordance with ED-137B;
- when using wire communication lines, the output of the radio transmitters to the radiation mode can be carried out by a separate pair, by applying a DC signal with a voltage from + 12V to + 27V to the middle point of the transformer of the input path, with a variable frequency signal of 1020/2040 Hz;
- compliance with the requirements of ETSI EN 301 841 to ground equipment of the VDL2 data line;
- availability of a remote control and monitoring system within the APTA that provides monitoring and management of all basic parameters of the operation of the AAPC equipment using the SNMP protocol;
- simultaneous, independent operation of up to 48 frequency channels of voice communication;
- power supply of the APPTs from two three-phase power inputs with a voltage of 380V at a frequency of 50Hz;
- ensuring the operability of all radio transmitting and radio-receiving devices of the APPTs within 2 hours from chemical power supplies from the APPTs in accordance with the requirements of FAP No. 116;
- no need for prompt maintenance.
