TETRA

TETRA
Полное описание

The aerodrome multi-position observation surveillance system "TETRA" is designed to detect, observe and identify aircraft during flight, takeoff and landing, taxi and parking, as well as control over the movement of vehicles on the runway, taxiways, parking lots and apron equipped with tellers and / or automatic dependent surveillance equipment (AZN-B).

AMPOS "Tetra" is an element of the ground infrastructure of the air navigation system of the aerodrome, interacting with A-SMGCS (CMA System "Vega").

AMPOS "Tetra" provides detection and monitoring of aircraft and vehicles, as well as their identification on the aerodrome manoeuvring area by using information from the following sources:

  • AZN-B in 1090 ES mode – information on aircraft, vehicles and other objects equipped with tellers;
  • mobile radio beacons installed on vehicles.

AMPOS "Tetra" is built on a modular principle that combines individual functional modules with fiber-optic communication lines, Ethernet lines, and radio links.

The basic elements of the complex are created on the basis of industrial design blocks, which allows to organize their maintenance and repair quite simply.

The principles used in radar data processing and display of AMPOS "Tetra" provide:

  • detection of aircraft and vehicles on the aerodrome surface within the limits of the aerodrome working area (runway, taxiway, aprons, sections of the adjacent roads to runways within the critical ILS zones);
  • detection of aircraft within the boundaries of the aerodrome zone from the surface to a height of a 100 m;
  • detection of aircraft in the zone of air approaches from each of the courses at an altitude of up to 10 km from the thresholds of the runway;
  • automatic control over operation of the main devices of the system;
  • automatic switching if case of main processor fails to the standby processor (and vice versa);
  • registration of radar information and its storage over 30 days;
  • recording of registered information on CD-, DVD-carriers.
